2. Select the item(s) you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
3. Provide your shipping address, contact details, and any special instructions.
4. Review your order and make the payment.
5. You'll receive an order confirmation email.

Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Place An Order ?

You can always shop and purchase as a guest, but we highly recommend you sign up at www.pixiepearlz.com.

You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select styles or products you like. But to be able to buy, we advise creating an account, which is an easy process.

Registering with us will help you enjoy a lot of benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Request your exchange directly from your account.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.
  • Manage your account details, address book, and email preferences.

Sizing & Care

How do Pixie Pearlz juttis fit?

All our shoes run true to standard European sizes and come in medium width. We recommend you select your shoe size based on the length of your foot. Your juttis will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet.

Are juttis waterproof?

Juttis don’t do well in the rain, so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape for longer by keeping them dry.

How can I take care of my juttis?

To keep your juttis shiny and bright for a long time, store them in the dust bag provided with the box.

Keep them dry and away from moisture. In case the juttis are exposed to water or moisture, dry them out for a few hours before putting them back in.

Printed juttis can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild cleanser.

Although the embellished juttis have been embroidered securely using the finest of Indian techniques, they must be handled with care and delicacy. Please avoid contact with hard surfaces.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your order within 2–3 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships out.

How do I track my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number within 2–3 days of placing your order, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

Do you provide refunds?

We do not provide refund on any order.

Can I exchange my order?

Of course! You can exchange them for a different size within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damage, and in the original packaging.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like.

Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
